Luke 10:38-39 ³⁸ Now it happened as they went that He entered a certain village; and a certain woman named Martha welcomed Him into her house. ³⁹ And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus’ feet and heard His word.”

I am sure that at Mary and Martha’s Jesus could count on a great meal prepared by Martha. Jesus stayed at their home often. But Mary knew how to do the right thing at the right time. Verse 42 Jesus said Mary chose the right thing that will not be taken from her.

Pray that in our busy American schedules we will take the time to commune with Jesus and His word in these days to determine the mind of Christ in making decisions that will determine that future of America and our families.
