1 Kings 8:23 and he said: “Lord God of Israel, there is no God in heaven above or on earth below like You, who keep Your covenant and mercy with Your servants who walk before You with all their hearts.

Walking in righteousness before God and His word brings blessing to His people.  Solomon is quick to say that God is also merciful.  We all have needed God’s mercy at one time in our lives.

   Pray today that Christians in America will realize that we can turn to our merciful God any time and He will hear our prayer and begin healing in the land. Under the covenant we have sealed with the shed blood of Christ, mercy is ours given freely through our God of love and mercy.
