Tuesday, July 3, 2018 “Because of David”
1 Kings 15:4 Nevertheless for David’s sake the Lord his God gave him a lamp in Jerusalem, by setting up his son after him and by establishing Jerusalem.
Because of King David, God gave Abijah the king a lamp in Jerusalem. Pray that there will be an understanding that it is not only the ability or righteousness of our leaders that brings the lamp of God (the light of his blessing to America). God’s blessing is a must on our nation because blessings gained can easily be blessings lost if we do not acknowledge that it is His blessing that makes a people rich and there is no sorrow added to it.
