The high places were not removed under Asa’s reign. There is always that one thing that keeps us from receiving all that God has for a person or a nation. Jesus encountered the rich young ruler who would not release his earthly riches to receive eternal riches.

Pray that our leaders and all Americans will recognize the one thing as an individual and as a nation that must be put under the authority of God’s Kingdom and Word that will allow us to go to the next level of God—ordained leadership in the world.
