1 Kings 19:19 So he departed from there, and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, who was plowing with twelve yoke of oxen before him, and he was with the twelfth. Then Elijah passed by him and threw his mantle on him.

The man God choose to continue the work of Elijah was already at work in the field. Pray that God’s people will be hard at work in the field (harvest field) and that godly leaders will recognize these men and women of God and give them opportunity to partner with them in the future work of planting seed that will bring forth a harvest that is righteous and full.
