Monday April 3, 2017 “House of Judgement”
1 Kings 7:2, 7 2 He also built the House of the Forest of Lebanon; its length was one hundred cubits, its width fifty cubits, and its height thirty cubits, with four rows of cedar pillars, and cedar beams on the pillars. 7 Then he made a hall for the throne, the Hall of Judgment, where he might judge; and it was paneled with cedar from floor to ceiling.
The word of God makes it clear that Solomon was a man gifted in godly wisdom. He used that wisdom to make decisions for the nation of Israel and its future.
When Solomon built the House of the Forest of Lebanon he included a Hall of Judgment. The material he used to construct its interior was made of cedar wood which resists corruption and decay. Pray that our Hall of Justice, the White House and the Capitol will build the nation in such a way that corruption and decay will not be a part of the process in rebuilding America on the solid foundation of God’s truth.
