2 Kings 11:10 “And the priest gave the captains of hundreds the spears and shields which had belonged to King David, that were in the temple of the Lord.”

David’s weapons were in the temple. Wow! Some think that the religious should be pacifists. We don’t see that in David’s life. He was one who had a strong connection with God that was manifest in great victories in Israel. Pray that God’s people who are tightly connected with the heart of God will find favor to serve our leaders who have like-minded hearts.
